Chaser of the sunrise, that is absolutely who I am. I crave the sunrise. The sun is such a powerful force and symbolizes the start of a new day. Each day we have the chance to dream new dreams, start a new hobby, listen to a new song, find a new style, fall in love, take a new adventure, live life, be happy. Just think about how exciting that is. And it all starts with the rising of the sun.
Every sunrise is different, no two are ever alike and within each sunrise the colors constantly changing as the sun makes it’s way over the mountains, the ocean, the trees, into the sky. It reminds me of life. Style, music, art are all a form of self expression and each have inspired me in different ways throughout my life, always changing, like the sun.
In my life I have embraced many different styles, ideas, tastes, which is the pure definition of eclecticism. Not conforming to one set of rules when it comes to life and each of these things but embracing a variety of tastes naturally. And just as style is our own unique and personal way of communication, of self expression, the sun, sunrise and sunset, is a form of expression for Mother Nature. It’s eclectic.
As the dream of Eclectic Sun began to come to life, I thought about all of the things that make me happy, that inspire me, like the sunrise. I began to paint the sunrise on vintage jackets and I had a clear vision of where I wanted this brand to go. Eclectic Sun will embrace many different styles and ideas and will encompass a little bit of something for everyone. Jewelry, clothing, vintage, reworks, home decor, lifestyle. Welcome, thank you for being here, for following my journey and the start of something new…like the sunrise.
